Strata Law has now been approved in theUAEtherefore my client are looking to expand their business further with the recruitment of an experienced Strata Manager. It is essential that your title is currently Strata Manager and you have experience in providing building owners with a comprehensive asset management plan to ensure that all statutory issues are addressed, assets are maintained at an optimum operational level. You will bring expertisetothebusinessin relation to all statutory, maintenance, presentation, design and construction issues. StrataLawisnewtothisregionandisanexcitingnewconcepttoownersandinvestorsthusthisopportunitywill allow you as an experienced Strata Manager to bring your expertise to theUAE. This will be a major challenge and will suit someone who is hard working with a good reputation in their home country.
