Our client, a leading international luxury fashion retailer is seeking to appoint an experienced commercially focused European HR Manager / Business Partner into this newly created role to support their expanding European retail business.This is a hands-on role, focussing on introducing professional, high level and consistent HR support to the countries they support. This will involve managing and developing in-territory HR administrative teams, rolling out core HR programmes in their area, working closely with line managers to understand their business objectives and implementing HR initiatives to help them achieve this. The role will initially focus on putting a strong HR infrastructure in place in each country with regard to policy and procedure, employee relations, recruitment, and communication.The successful candidate is likely to have already had exposure to an international client base ideally within the retail, consumer goods or FMCG sectors. In addition you should also posses a strong commercial acumen and enjoy working within a dynamic and fast moving environment. French, German, Italian or Spanish language skills would also be beneficial.
