Working as the telemarketing support analyst this is a technical role covering the analysis and ROI of telemarketing campaigns. The role is a data centric position and you will be responsible for the provision of data sets, the response rate analysis and provision of reporting on telemarketing performance. This role would suit a highly data literate candidate with expert knowledge of data extraction, management and reporting. Ideally you will have been involved in a telemarketing department however people with a good understanding of direct marketing principals will definitely be considered.
