A Billing Co-Ordinator is required for a highly reputed IT company based in Wellinborough.You will ensure all service requests are logged on the Remedy system are billed though the automated solution and that consequent changes are accurately reflected.Duties will include:-*Managing and updating a master plan of all service plans, number ranges, account codes*Provide support for problems/issue resolution and to attend daily conference call with the clientCandidates will have prior experience of working in automated environments, ideally with exposure to Remedy. You will have strong Excel/Administration and customer service skills.The role could potentially become Permanent.
