Successful candidates will have detailed knowledge of the software application configuration, business area knowledge with a detailed understanding of the process requirements, the ability to challenge and translate business processes and requirements into specifications. This is a business facing role where you will be expected to meet the challenges of end users, business process design, application configuration and application upgrade. You must be a strong communicator with the confidence to deal with senior management.
