Description: My Client, a North London local authority is seeking a Housing Officer to provide excellent housing management services in partnership with tenants, landlords and other agencies both from an office base and home visits.You will provide a high standard of day-to-day management of council leased property and work with other members of staff and outside agencies to maintain and improve the quality of life for council tenants.The successful candidate will need all relevant housing knowledge including housing law.Also, you will need to have a car with a valid license and hold a current enhanced CRB.
