Description: This is a unique position working in a growing organisation, the main purpose will be to add value to the HR function, develop both the people and the processes within the company.Key responsibilities include:- - Research, design and deliver HR related projects such as Employee Benefits, Talent Management, Induction, Leadership team development - Appraisal programme - Co-ordinate the appraisal process and administer the programme - Graduate Programme - organise and plan current graduate programme, build relationships with local universities and research new methods of recruiting graduates - Create and run monthly HR reports - develop HR statistical reports using Excel.
