Description: My client are a large organisation based in Derby. They are currently looking for an Interim Service Manager. The successful candidate will manage the Cleaning, Caretaking and Catering division. As a member of the Management Team for the Catering, Cleaning and Caretaking you will personally contribute to the development of a competitive, efficient and high quality service. Initiate, co-ordinate and implement projects as agreed with the Head of Service reporting on the effectiveness of changes in service standards and delivery. You will be a strong team leader and able to motivate a team. Public sector experience would be an advantage.
