Description: You will be supporting people with autistic spectrum disorder. This is both challenging and rewarding, and requires that you are enthusiastic, flexible and a good communicator.You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, be able to adapt to changes be able to assist service users in the personal elements of their life as well as their social requirements. You will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as be able to work independently. Good communication skills are a must as well as thorough written documentation abilities. NVQII is desirable, though not essential. It will be important to have the desire to make a difference.
