Description: New role - SMC/Operations Process Analyst required for multinational telecoms organisation to start ASAP!The objective of the role is to contribute to the ongoing improvement of UK SMC performance, while supporting the effective integration of the UK SMC with partner SMC organisation.Some typical responsibilities of the role include:-Working closely with the SMC Front Office and Change Management teams in order to achieve the purpose and responsibilities of this position-Ensuring that the Incident/Change/BIS Management Process and supporting processes are developed and maintained in order to maximise their usefulness to Operations.-Working closely with SMC Support Analysts to analyse and produce daily reports and provide cover during absences.-Support NTSI, Change and BIS Manager with ad-hoc business reporting requirements as required.Successful candidates for this role must display:-Previous exposure in a similar role ideally from a service management background within a Telecoms/IT environment.-Experience in developing and refining operational processes.-Skills and understanding of writing processes for incident management, change management and fault management etc?-Excellent written and spoken communication skills-Delivery focused with good analytical skills-Ability to work effectively as part of a teamBased in Hertfordshire, 6 months contract; competitive market rates.This is an excellent opportunity to utilise and enhance your skills with a global leading company with excellent rates on offer, so do not delay and send your CV in now for immediate consideration!Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
