Description: A multidisciplinary consultancy is recruiting for a Principal level Geo-Environmental Consultant to be based at their Birmingham office. You must have significant consultancy experience and have experience of managing projects and a team. Qualification - BSc, MSc Geosciences, Environmental Science or similar Experience - 5 Years + Duties - Planning projects and competing for tenders - Assisting in setting up a team of consultants - Developing the business portfolio through acquisition of new business and developing the relationship with existing clients - Project managing across a range of medium to large sized developments in the West Midlands - Carrying out site investigations and overseeing the entire process - Carrying out risk assessments - Writing technical reports based on data from site investigations and desk studies Typical projects The projects that you will work on will be based around the Midlands although travel to other areas of the UK will be required. The sectors that the client works within are residential and commercial developments, Industrial projects and projects within the defense industry.
