AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN FOR A GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER TO RUN THE ACCOUNTS FOR 2 HOTELS IN BERKSHIRE. ONE OF THE HOTELS HAS AROUND 200 BEDROOMS AND THE OTHER 50 BEDROOMS. YOU WILL NEED TO BE SELF ACCOUNTING AND BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND MOTIVATE A TEAM. The position of Group Financial Controller will be to oversee 2 hotels based in Berkshire. You will be based at the larger of the 2 hotels and will manage a team of 3 - Assistant Financial Controller, Bookkeeper and Food and Beverage Controller. Required Experience Must have experience in Self Accounting Hotel Background within accounts Ability to oversee multi sites Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Banking Weekly and Monthly Revenue Reports Salary and Benefits Basic Salary circa 40 000 Car Pension Scheme Healthcare Health club Membership and discounts across the group.
