One permanent and one interim role have arisen within this large, privately owned company.Both roles are similar:On an interim / contract basis you will:· Provide responsive and proactive HR solutions to the business in the Group.· Organise and administer the Group support systems and data bases for HR and people management matters.· Provide expertise in all matters of Employment Contracts.· Develop HR policy documents and implementation guidelines.· Assist the Head of HR in the development and instigation of HR initiatives.· Provide a confidential and efficient support service to the business.The permanent role requires you to:· Progress a number of change related HR projects.· Assist the HR Director to initiate related HR projects.· Provide responsive and proactive HR solutions to dedicated line populations.· Develop HR policy documents and implementation guidelines to ensure consistent application of best practice across the division.· Provide leadership and direction to change projects as required.· Provide training in HR Practices to managers.· Ensure effective communication of all HR between the Group HR Team, Division, Business Unit and Individuals.· Minimise the need for bureaucracy and administration.
