Description: My client is an international Engineering company who due to increased work load currently require a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12 month contract.Working closely with the HR Advisor, duties include coordinating the recruitment process for engineering staff based throughout the UK:Liaising with specialist agencies, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, providing and obtaining feedback, sending out contracts and conducting interviews with line managers.The successful candidate will have proven HR and/or recruitment experience with the ability to liaise at all levels and work unaided.
