Description: Interim HR Transformation Consultant - Blue-chip Company - North West - c.£32,000Currently recruiting for an HR Transformation Consultant, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to join our client and support them through a period of exciting change. We are looking for experienced HR Generalists who have excellent interpersonal skills to build third party relationships with key stakeholders and employees, whilst managing an end to end TUPE transfer. Ideally we are looking for experience of leading a TUPE transfer from start to finish, preparing all the due diligence, communication, one to one meetings and risk and redundancy processes. The contracts will be for a period of 6 months and will require some travel around the North West region.This is an exciting opportunity to join a major blue chip retailer with an excellent reputation for developing people, working in a customer focused organisation.
