Description: Customer Service Advisor - £12 - £14K PA + annual bonus, onsite gym, canteen, discounts. I am recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work for a very well established blue chip insurance company based in Manchester City Centre. The company are one of the leading insurance providers in the UK and form part of a large financial organisation. They pride themselves on Excellent Customer Service and Ethics, have a fantastic customer based and have been established for many years. We are looking for anyone who has fantastic customer service skills/ability to work in a large, friendly, team orientated insurance call centre. You will take INBOUND calls only and provide insurance quotations ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times. Ideally you will have a confident telephone manner, be comfortable with targets and be a very team focus individual. Excellent customer service skills are a definite must.
