You will be an experienced learning and development professional, who enjoys delivering business focused strategies for all employees from induction to skills development, product, technical and compliance training as well as improving the leadership and management development capability by ensuring that everyone is engaged in a consolidated development career route that ultimately helps the business achieve its aims. Within the role you will engage with key stakeholders to understand their teams' development needs and guide them to ensure they are able to meet their own objectives.
