Description: This is a Head Office based position, where you will be responsible for varying tasks including the supervision and motivation of four Resource Schedulers.This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. An ability to show outstanding organisational skills and great customer service is essential. Other key skills will be ensuring all aspects of the department functions are kept up to date and running smoothly.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:·Supervision and motivation of the South East and West Resource Teams·Maintain busy reporting schedule. (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)·Ensure all sites are rostered 3 months in advance·Fair allocation of work to all of VSG’s Relief Staff ·Entering and maintaining quality data onto systems·Creating, maintaining and reviewing standards within the department·Leading by example·Keeping the KPI’s up to date and reviewing team performance You will need to be able to demonstrate a supportive and assertive manner, with excellent communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office). You will need a calm demeanour and the ability to keep your head whilst working in this busy environment.Hours of work:Average 45 hours per week covering 10 hour shifts (0800 to 1800), working alternate weekends. Holiday:29 days bookable holiday and 2 days prebooked.
