Description: My client in Nottingham is looking for a German speaking Credit Control Assistant. The purpose of your role will be to ensure that all customer accounts are accurately and promptly maintained. You will obtain timely relevant customer and financial data to establish criteria for setting and reviewing new and existing customer credit limits, set up the new customer database within and take part in the day to day contact to resolve customer queries/issues. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have one year experience in a Credit Control position, although I would also like to hear from interested applicants who have studied a finance-related subject at Degree or HND level, and who have some customer service experience. You must have an enthusiastic and friendly telephone manner, and be fluent in German to native standard. This position is in Nottingham, so you must live in Nottingham or be happy to relocate for this role. Please note that we can only consider applicants who already hold a full UK work permit.
