Description: We have a number of opportunities within our Sales Centre for Sales Advisors / Executives. The Sales Advisors are responsible for handling, generating and selling completed enquiries, obtaining quotations, advising policy terms and liasing with both Insurers and customers. They deal with a broad range of products for many different types of client and provide in depth advice on the products we offer.Principle AccountabilitiesTo generate enquiries and sales from initial leads, utilising negotiation skills and your product knowledge. To take every opportunity to cross sell products and gain renewal dates to increase the potential of future sales.To manage and prioritise your workload effectively in order to meet company targets.To use the required systems to arrange and process insurance contracts, and make amendments during the policy term.Process payments, where necessary, inline with company standards for insurance contracts.Maintain a consistently high level of quality in all your work, inline with company standards.To liase with clients and insurers at renewal and new business stage to ensure the best premium and terms in the marketplace are offered and are suited to their demands and needs.Identify key clients and working closely with Corporate to develop their account, including visiting clients to discuss all commercial insurances.To liase with insurers to discuss accounts, including schemes and commission levels.
