Description: Service Advisor -Prestigious Motor Trade Dealership-West Sussex Salary: 21,000-23,000 OTE 27,000-28,000 +Excellent Benefits Superb Prospects This very prestigious and well established Motor Trade Car Dealership based in West Sussex has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful team, you must have at least two years service experience with in a main franchised dealer ideally from a prestige background with excellent customer service and leadership skills. You will need to be a confident relationship builder dealing with high profile clientele, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customers satisfaction. Duties include Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out. Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience within a main dealer, have excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented.
