Which in turn all helps us to continue delivering the great (and award winning) customer service we’re famous for.What you’ll actually do:You’ll be at the helm, managing your empowered, developed and motivated team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll also work with other managers across the region on various projects as we roll out this exciting new venture across the country. Of course, there’s also all the usual stuff around running a successful retail business – you’ll manage budgets, achieve all your business goals, targets and KPIs and keep an eagle eye on all competitor activity. But that’s all plain sailing for a seasoned retailer like you.What you’ll need to be:a strong people manager and inspirational leader highly customer focused communicative and influential creative and flexible, yet also very organised commercially aware and forward thinking ideally experienced in a retail specialist assisted sales environment PC literate and technically adept
