Description: You will be providing in-house support to loss adjusters dealing with subsidence and property claims. Your duties will include: taking details when a claim is first reported, issuing claim forms and advising customers, checking claims, making sure that that premiums have been paid and that the policy covers the claim, gathering information such as receipts, photographs or valuations, telling customers how their claim might affect their policy premiums in the future, arranging payments on straightforward claims and referring doubtful, complex or high-value claims to a claims manager.To be considered for this role you will need to have household and /or property claims experience and have fantastic customer service skills.Hillman Saunders Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
