Description: You will be working as part of the EPOS Development Team.There are roles at both Junior and Senior level with all salaries being considered.You will work with Business Architects to understand requirements, create detailed design and specification documentation to enable EPOS development team to write code up to a complex standard.You will produce program designs and specifications.Code low to high complexity programs to meet specified requirements.Undertake the production of system and user documentation.Report progress and issues in a timely manner.Support Incident & Problem Managers.Identify and correct problems with existing EPOS code in the resolution of faults.SPECIFIC SKILLS:- Ability to code software of medium to high complexity using at least one of the following languages...IBM 4690 BASIC, METAWARE HIGH C, VB.NET (compact framework for Pocket PC). Have 2+ years relevant software development experience. Stores / Retail experience a plus but not a necessity.Additional roles performed by SENIOR developers include Technical Team Leader & Package Release ManagerFull spec available.
