An expanding property company operating in the data centre and business recovery sector seeks an ambitious candidate to expand their QS team.This is a great opportunity to work client side. The position will involve you working with the client’s project delivery team to provide full turn key quantity surveying support on projects valued between £10m-£30m. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working on M&E projects delivering front end activities including estimating and cost planning.
