Description: An outstanding position has become available for a confident, experienced and enthusiastic HR Officer to join this world leading corporate. Our client is an leading international professional services organisation with offices all of the world. Due to new client wins and continued expansion they are keen to recruit an HR Office to join their Slough office.This role will have a high recruitment bias and approximately 60-70% of your time will be spent undertaking HR Recruitment duties. This role will therefore ideally suit a highly organised person who builds credibility quickly and who enjoys the challenges of recruitment.Recruitment duties will include:Develop and deliver a relevant recruitment and resourcing plan in consultation with the Office Managing Partner, that meets the firm's HR and business needs for the Slough office.Manage the relationship with all external recruitment agencies to ensure good calibre of staff are recruited. Manage the Graduate Recruitment Process to ensure the attraction of graduates to Slough and the recruitment of such graduates in a thorough and timely way.Continually develop internal recruitment procedures and improve the quality and speed of recruitment. This role will also cover other HR Officer duties and you will be responsible for:Conducting Exit InterviewsProviding professional advice on HR best practices and employment law. Handling disciplinary and grievance situations where appropriateEnsure performance Management issues are identified and addressed fairly and appropriatelyAssist with appraisals, induction, coaching, training and mentoringEfficient Administration including database maintenance, payroll benefits admin, professional exam training and graduateThis is a fantastic role and our client offers an excellent benefits package including pension, private medical insurance, season ticket loan and 24 days holiday.
