Description: Working at the west end head office of a prominent FM and Property Services company you will provide technical support to the FM helpdesk and manage M&E contractors in the delivery of planned maintenance across a large client property portfolio. A thorough knowledge of planned works is essential as you will be developing and issuing PPM schedules to suppliers and monitoring performance against cost. You will also act in an advisory capacity to FMs on the ground.Although the role is head office based, gleaning audit information from the mobile FMs, there is the possibility for development into more of a mobile role in time.This position would suit a resource / maintenance co-ordinator/ scheduler working for a large M&E contractor.A salary of £40k to £45k is offered with good benefits package along with excellent prospects for career development.
