Description: On of the UK’s largest construction main contractors seeks an efficient and qualified individual to join the social housing division’s commercial team. You will run the commercial team on a £20million residential new build project for a housing association client in Birmingham with a company that uses new and exciting construction techniques offering innovative solutions in the affordable housing sector.Successful candidates should have prior experience with a main contractor on JCT 2005 contracts as well the ability to liaise effectively with the client and site team. A stable work history is preferable and our client is looking to bring a local candidate in as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity with a highly successful company that is continuing to expand despite the current financial climate.
