Description: Applicant needs to have previous HR and Employee Relations experience and ideally come from a generalist background as well as having strong Administration experience.Will be responsible for ensuring that all HR activities are delivered effectively and to provide analytical support for projects.Must ensure that all HR admin requirements are carried out efficientlyManage employee relations and processes, providing HR central advisory service, producing HR reports, managing employee enquiries, supporting HR Assistants near payroll cut off processing starter, leaver and changes.
