Description: Assistant Manager required for this fun, friendly branded restaurant which is continuing to grow and develop. In this role you will assist the General Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant, ensuring targets are achieved and brand standards are maintained. You will assist with the financial management of the restaurant as well including P&L's, budgets and forecasting. The successful candidate will have: *Previous experience at Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager level within a branded restaurant environment *Strong financial and team management skills *Lots of drive and determination.
