Description: This Central London Hotel is located in the heart of the West End and part of a large International Group. The hotel boasts 300 plus luxury bedrooms with a dedicated meeting Arena that accommodates 300-500 pax. A great opportunity for a London Revenue Manager who would like to manage a team , develop strategy in both bedrooms and meeting space whilst exceeding financial targets. This Revenue Role would allow for growth and offer great training with huge potential to develop further. Job Description *Manage a team on a day to day basis. Coaching and developing at all times ensuring that company standards are exceeded at all times. *Apply and implement strategy at all times in order to offer rate parity and growth at all times. *Work towards the hotels financial plan and exceed expected targets for both bedrooms and conference facilities. *Work with all related tools and data in order to develop knowledge of the market and competitors.*Handle all rate restrictions and strategy in line with the Hotel Budget and Sales Plan. Required Experience*Previous London experience within a similar role would be beneficial. *You need to have good man management skills, sound understanding of yield and market influences that effect all revenue streams. *Be able to deliver and work to financial targets.
